Musings

She moves me
Just walking the street
Hips swinging slightly
So that they nearly meet
Those of the boy by her side
Who clasps her waist
Glowing with pride
As without haste
They quietly move
On their way
A picture of love
This summer's day
Her belly gravid
In modern fashion
Barely hid
Clearly shows
Her time is near
She seems to glow
As they disappear
Beyond my sight
And out of view
In this summer light
Nothing is new
Life cycles on
Growing life soon to be
For those old ones gone
She moves me
