My Prayer
A "Warm-N-Cozy" Greeting
Torrential tears blind worried eyes
For someone we hold so dear
Has been diagnosed with a dread disease
Our hearts reach to friends so near.
Through cyberspace, the call goes out
To prayer groups near and far.
Please join with me in prayer, you see
It doesn't matter just where you are.
With empathy and tears, each warrior wages
Weapons against principalities.
Repeating God's Word, the truth bursts forth
And healing begins with God's Speed.
The kindest of hearts, the purest of souls,
The Word is their only reward,
They bow in humble prayer and supplication
To the Throne of our Wonderful Lord.
Prayers travel the world in microseconds
Bringing forth the Faith for the Fight.
And the warrior prays unceasingly
Through morning, noon, and night.
Can I Thank someone who has done so much,
Who has carried my burden for me?
I can only pray for them too,
Yes, that's what I'll do,
For they mean the whole world to me.
For the love they have shown
While I have been feeling so low
Has lifted me to greater heights,
So, Glory and Praise for the rest of my days
Worshiping Jesus with all of my might.

Philippians 1: 9-11
My Prayer for you is that you will overflow more and more
With love for others, and at the same time keep on growing in spiritual knowledge and insight, for I want you always to see clearly the difference between right and wrong, and to be inwardly clean, no one being able to criticize you from now until our Lord returns. May you always be doing those good, kind things which show that you are a child of God, for this will bring much Praise and Glory to the Lord.
