I within the shadows
every moment I change
Like the sun is to darkness
we never stay the same
Yet, we are the dreamers
of those who follow time
Catching every moonbeam
or saving every dime.
A wind in the forest
that speaks just to me
Mists off the ocean
that brings me new dreams
Smiles from a stranger
that betters my day,
Voices of a loved one
whenever I stop to pray.
We pack our bags of moments
that changes with the time
We Walk upon a pathway
to expand our growing minds.
We pick up treasures along the way
like shells along the seashore
We gather friends around us
to remember loves reward
Those are indeed our riches
more precious than gold
Of everything we gather in life
it is a reflection from our soul.
