M's Poetry
Dying For Their Beliefs
Blinded, tortured, hung
all because of their beliefs
it's the startling reality
of life over seas
they are not free like us here
they can't worship
for they live in fear
Shot, ridiculed, raped
all because they never will forsake
their Lord Jesus Christ who died for our sins
brutality at it's highest
simply because they won't give in
they died knowing the truth
they died because they believed
My hearts go out to them
my prayers thank them
for standing firm in their beliefs
they are in the kingdom
it's so sad and tragic
how it came to be
but at least now they are free....
