Release my soul and set me free
Deliver me from loves sweet misery
Take away these chains that bind
Replace with eyes not blind
Let go of the hand that holds
Never again to hear a word that scolds
Suffer not for things that should not be
Feel not sorrow and live to be happy
Fire and ice together do not mix
This is us and this we shall fix
Different ways in life we must go
Other roads we shall follow
You'll have your life, I'll have mine
Sadly seperately we'll do fine
