I'm On Cloud Nine
I'm on cloud nine
I checked my e-mail today,
My first book got accepted
I'm happy, I must say.
My heart feels like
It's in my throat,
I'm on cloud nine
I don't mean to gloat.
I've waited every day
For e-mail to come in,
It's a good thing I checked it
I feel joy within.
I just wanted
To let you all know,
I'm on cloud nine
And my heart is all aglow.
