Contract Via Snail Mail

The publishers have my home addy
Now I have to wait,
A contract is being sent
I feel just great.

I'll wait by the mailbox
All day and night,
If the mailman bugs me
His ankles I will bite.

I'll sit in a chair
And wait for the snail to come,
I'll sit 24/7 if I have to
But will probably look kinda dumb.

I'm getting a contract
Via snail mail,
Hurry up mailman
Or I'll smack you with my pail.

I've waited for so long
For a big break,
Now I'll just sit here
And eat a piece of cake.
