Your fury comes causing the trees to bow and shake,
branches and leaves before you tremble,
and the grass waves as you pass by,
hats take flight and people mumble at your little joke,
waters changes from green to grey and ripple away,
as you push them angrily towards the lake shore,
they crash and rumble cause of your powerful fury,
mighty and strong are you my lonely fleeting friend,
how awesome you are sweet and mighty wind.
One of my earliest attempts at poetry.Written in November of 1999.
