I Glisten For You!

I enter your room, soft dancing in smiles, glowing my heart,
igniting your eyes. You look at me swift with sadness and gloom,
trying your best to be light hearted and soft!

I tell you a joke that's clever and short, awaiting the spark to
sharpen your eyes!

I stand still and quiet as you ripple your mouth, so sweetly and
smooth with a flicker of heat!

The temperature flows, swirling so close, as I giggle around making no
sense!

You're not annoyed with my chatter and noise, as you feel all the
gloom fly out through the door!

The door gives a bang and down falls a vase, that is ugly and old and
useless and dull.  You laugh at the sound that shatters and shards, but
you don't care a bit as you hate that old vase!

I clean up the mess and toss out the glass, all heaving and hot with
glisten and glow!

We live in the now and breathe it's strong scent, feeling the breeze
as it whispers so sweet!

Joy Weare.
