The Heart of the TreeMatthew 12:31-37 Every sin and all evil words against God, Shall have forgiveness after you confess; As you praise Him with honor and laud, He shall be quite pleased and will bless. But of evil words against the Holy Spirit, Forgiveness unto you will never be given; Forget about any reward that you inherit, Because you will be banned from Heaven. Whoever says a word be against the Son, Will also be forgiven in admitting shame; But any remark against the Spirit even one, And eternal life you will loose your claim. Make a tree good to reap delicious fruit, Allowing it to be bad and the fruit is sour; For how a tree grows depends on its root, And a sweet smell in the blossom flower. So the root is really the heart of the tree, That takes a firm grip within the earth; As the mouth bears fruit for you and me, Showing the Spirit what is your true worth.
