Happy Birthday Geoffrey!

You are my little brother,
I taught you funny songs,
And read you lots of stories,
And showed you right from wrong!

When I went to college
You were still so small.
By the time I had finished,
You grew and grew so tall!

Then I went to London
And left you growing still,
And when I came back home again,
You gave me quite a thrill!

You were tall and handsome,
And a very happy man,
With a very pretty wife
With your life running to plan!

You had two lovely daughters,
The apple of your eye,
Then suddenly you got so sick,
And I stood alone to cry!

Then you got much better,
And seemed to grow some more,
You sent my heart in circles
As you walked in through my door!

And now you're growing older,
But you're not as old as me.
I simply want to say to you,
Happy birthday Geoffrey!

Joy Weare.

Dear Geoff, have the best birthday ever today!
Go driving in the new car and go out somewhere special
