 THE RIDE
Flying in tandem,
splitting the morning air,
the world of other people
disappears
and there is only we.

No words can capture
the space we fill
with this feeling; it's
indescribable
it belongs just to us.

Bodies in unison
become one with the road,
and our hearts become one
undeniably
as you share this ride with me.
