You open your eyes, scan your surroundings,
Applying yourself to a genuine encompass,
Then you lean back, and say out loud,
Dear God, it was only a dream!
Your mind awakens, recollecting some scenes,
Envisioning some portions with clarity,
While others linger in the sub-conscience.
Closing your eyes, attempting to rest once more,
You begin to toss and turn with wonders,
Restlessness sets in, the waves are now stronger.
Calmness, difficult to attain with the uncertainties,
While queries block your sense of reality.
You've been seized to a zone unknown,
Perceiving images of what may have been,
Or obstacles of what never was.
Celestial presence will comfort you,
As monstrosities speculate distress.
Wherever your sub-conscience may take you,
Remember, it was just a dream!
