Knowing Belief

I John 2:20-25

You have the Spirit from God,
And all the knowledge within;
By taking time to honor and laud,
You could be free of your sin.

You already know what is true,
So it should not be as a shock;
About false doctrine you view,
Is nothing more than a crock.

So who are these that are fake?
Those saying Jesus is not Christ;
It is just a matter of staying awake,
Remembering who was sacrificed.

For the antichrist has no belief,
Of the Father or about the Son;
Since they have no shame or grief,
On any evil deeds they have done.

Keep in your hearts things as clear,
Not to be bogged down with strife;
Since the Holy Trinity is ever near,
With the assurances of eternal life.
