‘Are You Jealous Mum…?'I went out shopping one day, The shoppers couldn't believe their eyes, Shock and horror was on their faces, They really got a surprise! I was out and about this day… With Dave, my 6ft son, We always have a laugh, He's really so much fun! We were walking around the shops, People all about… When suddenly Dave ran forward, People thought him a lout! Standing right in front of me, He danced a jig and laughed with glee, ‘Are you jealous mum?' he said, As people looked at me… Horror shock and anger, Rippled through the shoppers, One thing about my son Dave, He really loves ‘show stoppers!' Smirking all over his face, And me blushing a bright red hue, We burst into laughter, Over what my son had the cheek to do! As we wandered off, People tutted their distaste, Thinking my son Dave, Had acted with such disgrace! And as we laughed and walked, He turned and smiled my way, I smiled back everyone was amazed, After what he did that day! So off we trundled together, Me driving my electric chair… We giggled and laughed all day long, And we didn't even care! Because of what he did, People thought him cruel, When really, all he was doing, Was cheekily acting the fool… We have a great sense of humor, And we get on just great, Me and my son Dave, Who really is my mate! Mother and son together… Caused a little frown, Cause after all, when said and done, There's no point being down! So then, did it bring a giggle? It's supposed to!
