Blood,Sweat and Tears
I've given you for
almost two years.
I've bled both physically
mentally and emotionally
the same heart that feeds
your thirst for love is the
same one that bleeds for you
day by day.
Lord knows I've shed
more tears to have my
own river.
Red is no longer a color
I see but wear.
Walking around with blood shot
eyes that are weary.
I can't continue to cry those
unforeseen rivers.
Sweat how sweet it is
when it is for a good cause.
I've sweat on nights when you
haven't called and days go by and our
love is so close but yet so far.
So far away it is gradually slipping
out if our reach.
