Bouts Of Writer's Block
These bouts of writer's block
I can't seem to withstand,
I can go on for days without writing
Writer's block is definitely in command.
I can't seem to get this lifted
It's chained around my soul,
I will be extremely happy
When it finally decides to let go.
I have to suffer the consequences
Bouts of writer's block, I do not love,
It wraps around me
Like a tightly wound glove.
