God's Promise
Sunshine comes from each storm
rainbows of courage keep you warm
songs of joy He'll give you
letting peace bring you through.
Remember you are like a shining star
He made you who you are
though right now nothing seems right
He will carry you and help you fight.
So never worry when storms form
you are always in His arms
for He hears each thought and prayer
and He will never leave you there.
Like each storm, this too will pass
with God He will not let it last
though the dark clouds seem to stay
thunder quickly fades by the break of day.
