The Spirit of God

I Corinthians 2:10-16

God has revealed to us many things,
A revelation through His Holy Spirit;
For the Spirit searches all as it brings,
Even deep things of God we inherit.

Who has knowledge of things of man?
Only of the spirit that is deep within;
Like the Spirit of God knows His plan,
Our spirit knows each and every sin.

But our spirit is not from this earth,
Rather of the Spirit that is from God;
For the Spirit of God knows its worth,
Since it is not our spirit that is flawed.

Our spirit speaks not as our wisdom,
Rather a spiritual language of its own;
That will be spoken in His Kingdom,
When we will see God on His throne.

Man in the flesh can not comprehend,
Since Heavenly things make no sense;
But once in the spirit confusion to end,
And the reason requiring our obedience.
