Joy is an abiding, peaceful
harmony and knowledge
of our universal unity,
our At-One-Ment.
It is the experience of being embraced
within the love and security of our Creator.
It is understanding life's purpose
and the sacredness of each fleeting moment.
Joy is filled with purpose and appeal.
Joy is the secret of endurance.
With Joy fully felt within
every fiber of our being,
we have the substance of survival
to sustain us when the
seas of adversity rage.
Truth illuminates our path
while Obedience beckons us
to put our shoulders to the wheel
and push along.
Joy is the gift we receive
when we forsake the world,
put aside our selfish agenda,
and seek to serve our God
with full purpose of heart.
My prayer for you,
if you choose to join me
on this Journey to Joy,
is that your heart and soul
will be touched in the same special way
