 Pages Of A Woman's Soul

My woodland garden Pictures, Images and Photos

Swarms of dogwood blossoms
float amidst the woods
like millions of white
butterflies in flight

The hum of the honeybees
fills the warm vernal air
as they taste the nectar
of bright azaleas

Petals of the cherry
pale against the sky
rain down in showers
of pure fragance

Seasonal winds foretell
approaching showers
leaves turn upward in
a thirsty green ballet

A walk in the woodland garden
brings me peace as
the gifts of the Earth
burst forth from the loam

(Ahh...sweet springtime!)
