 Maid Marion
This poem is written by Ron Hall aka Robin Hood to Maid Marion aka nana5

Maid Marion

SultryRose's Signatures

>

In Sherwood forest
With my merry band
My thoughts are of maid Marion

How I long to take your hand

We were together
For a very short time
When the sheriff of Nottingham

Stole what was mine

Now he shall pay
For his nasty deed
When I rescue maid Marion

I shall make him bleed

Off we shall ride
Into the night
Robin Hood and maid Marion

What a beautiful sight

Into Sherwood forest
We shall ride
Never again to part

Never again to hide

For if the sheriff
Comes after my love
No one shall save him

Not even from above

Always you shall be
The love in my heart
My maid Marion

Never will we part.
