The Poet of Praise
Lives out his days,
Looking for hearts
That are true.
He searches and sighs
And sometimes he cries,
As he reads our words
Ever new!
He peels back the mask,
And reads 'till the last,
Aware that each word
Flows from life.
He reaches in love,
That he gets from above,
And scatters it,
Easing life's strife!
The Poet of Praise
Lives out his days,
Uplifting, upholding
So true.
He smooths with a smile,
And lingers a while,
Leaving the
Best words for you!
