SHADOWS of MAN's IMPERFECTION, Part II

Craziness reigns across the fruited plains in
The dawning of the Age of the Terrorist.
A small school girl is gently kissed;
A small school boy is expelled for his big sin!

Another boy takes a butter knife to his school,
He is expelled for being so well-armed!
Few learning about this are very charmed.
Each school administrator acted as if a fool!

A woman in Ohio owed one dollar in city taxes,
The police arrested her on a warrant,
And a girl fought boys' abusive torrent,
So three squad cars responded to dispatches,

Not to praise a seven-year-old for her bravery,
But to handcuff-arrest the little lady,
Now a small child has a record so shady!
Why have police fallen for such crazy knavery?

The sad imperfection shadows darken more dreary,
And need efforts to brighten, to enlight,
Help logical thinking overcome the blight,
Before all mankind grows much more world-weary!
