Such a tiny fragile wonder
Set here within my hand
It is a precious treasure
Tender heart made of glass
I gaze upon it carefully
I pray that it isn't broken
I look for any damage done
From harsh words I have spoken
Pulled so closely to my ear
So sweetly it does beat
Words of love and faithfulness
Sung only now for me
How could I ever hurt you
How could I cause such ache
I vow now to protect you
Over the passing of the days

God brought you here to me
Showing me that true love lives
