Phyllis' WayThrough all of our ups and downs Her integrity she has not compromised Choosing instead to bestow her sweet love Despite my stupid ways Though we may argue and fight.... Ever does she strive to restore our blessed harmony Making everything right once again.... when she loves me it is deep and true But when I anger her she is indignant Which is her right to do Giving me both barrels of her wrath Til at last her ire is played out And I repent of my sins.... She is a lovely lady gracious and true Ever coming to my aid when I've fallen and can't get up Binding my wounds with her compassion and care Removing the pain of my heart Ever lifting my spirits with her goodness Causing my love further to grow deeper, truer And more complete because of all that she has done for me.
