A Two-Edge Sword

Hebrews 4:11-14

Let us all have a strong desire,
Towards those of a non-belief;
In lighting up their spiritual fire,
And ending their strife and grief.

For the Word of God is living,
Sharper than a two-edge sword;
Full of power and is forgiving,
Of our sins through our Lord.

It cuts through spirit and soul,
As well as the muscle and bone;
Into the heart it makes a hole,
Revealing your feeling and tone.

To God nothing is ever unclear,
Never being hid from His eyes;
So give Him your love and fear,
He will make you spiritually wise.

In having then a great high priest,
That has made His way to Heaven;
As Christ prepares for a big feast,
You partake as one of the chosen.
