He who Looks like Me! 4/6/05
From the bricks to the sticks I've stacked chips
From Trinidad to Tobago I've sold keys of snow
to help my financial dough grow
But law's hate to see our communities elevate,
so they devise theories to keep our future generations
living the life of misery;
So to stop the plot we've committed to teach our young
the truth about lincoln and why he was assassinated by booth
It's time to reprogram our young,
shut down their brains and reboot
Expose them to the real,
so their foundation will be strong like
Bobby Seal
Teach them about Malcolm Little,
so they can learn why Black Churches
got torched down to the grown
Give them the proper tools,
instead of sending them off to school just to
graduate,
return home and be considered an educated fool
From the city block to the country road, folks must learn to trust
He Who Looks Like Me!
