So Eagles Fly!Like the Phoenix so does the Eagle; Have the powers second to none! For they are the inspiration within me, And help me when my strength has gone! The spirit within me soars higher; Than the clouds up in the sky! For the Eagle that supports me true, Gives me inspiration with its cry! And as my spirit guide leads me, In the path that I tread each day, All I have to do is call on him, And ask for help, and simply say; ‘Please give me the strength I need, To get me through this harsh day, And guide me with your spirit, And support me as I pray today.' So each night as I chat to my God, I also chat to my spirit guide, For JoJo is with me every day, And I say his name with pride! For Indian spirits do guide us, And those of us who are lucky to know; Just who that guide is who's leading us, As though our lives we go! And when I feel afraid in the night, I raise my eyes above, And ask for help to see me through, From this God of mine that I so love! Then I call on my spirit guide, JoJo And ask for his help too… And between them both, they help me, And support me in all I do! And for those that doubt these things in life, Then this I say to you, Just because you don't believe it, Doesn't mean I don't believe it too! Because what is true for one, Isn't so for another - so you see! You believe in what you believe, And I will believe what I need – for me! But don't laugh at me for my beliefs, For this I now say to you- You have your thoughts I have mine, But don't mock me whatever you do! For my God and Guide are important to me, For they get me through each trial, And when the chips are down, and I falter, They help me through that one last mile!
