In The Hush Of The Night
In the hush of the night
I sit here so quiet,
My thoughts spinning round
Again and again!
My mind's on replay,
Thoughts won't go away,
I try to forget
As I count up to ten!
The house is asleep,
I sit counting sheep,
But the sheep soon run off,
So I start counting cats!
I sit here and think,
And make a hot drink,
Then I hear a strange sound,
I hope it's not rats!!
