 In dreams

Sleep pulls
So it seems
She calls me back
Into my dreams
Where she waits
I can't resist
Cannot break
These sleeping trysts
In the world outside
I can sense them trying
And I suppose I know
That I am dying
But safe here
In this dream world we share
I cannot be bothered
Just cannot care
For her face
Hovers above
Taking me
To heights of love
When I am awake they tell me
They say I moan and scream
That I must be having
Such pleasant dreams
I smile impatiently waiting
For them to finish all their tasks
Compliantly I try to do
All that they ask
Longing to slip back
For her sake
One day I just won't
Bother to wake
Just stay there riding
Loves turbulent streams
Living ecstatically
In my dreams
She calls again
I must go
Is this the day
Maybe so
Sleep pulls
So it seems
She calls me back
Into my dreams
