Eating Chocolate

Eating Chocolate is simply an exercise in rhyming both strict and near rhyme.  I also wanted to create a tactile experience for the reader.  Enjoy.

Eating Chocolate

Eating chocolate is sublime,
I don't really care what kind
I could eat it all the time.

Creamy, chewy, chunky, nutty,
fruity peanut butter.
Wonderful ambrosia bliss.

Oh those chocolate melting bits
of a name brand kiss.
Mounds of moist, rich devil's food
never fails to sooth my mood.

Never shall I consider passing up
cake with dinner.
Do not ask me to forsake
the delights of eating cake.

I will never choose for instance, salad, fish with
bits of ginger, just to be a little thinner.
