M's Poetry
Hearts Joined As One
He can do anything
what does he see in me
I wouldn't change a thing
I no longer feel so empty
So I'm listening
no words that I can hear
but I'm seeing
for the first time things are clear
and you're lovely, it's true
take all my wounds
all my black and blues
and made me something perfect
it's gentle and it has your name
you bring it all out in the open
burning undying feelings
that have been cultivated to grow
and yes you can take me
for the first time I will let somebody love me
no holding back...as we place these rings
intertwine our fingers
and become one in these struggles
become one in this happiness
light the candle of unity
let these new lives begin....
