The Real!
I wrote this when I read a poem on a poetry site using disgusting language to knock God.
.
To the twisted, bitter and haunted,
Stop knocking what you don't know!
Religion to you is tragic!
Demons control your soul.
When you centre your thoughts on people,
It's people who let you down.
You might have asked God for a miracle!
Were you living a life of grime?
Some miracles come with conditions,
I bet you didn't know that!
To others there's no prerequisite,
They happen despite what you are.
Hatred is thrown by people
because they misunderstand;
That the Real is the God of everything
And The Real is not a man!
The Real is something quite special,
It's a name I've given to Him!
He's supreme and quite magnificent,
The Real can reel you in.
Don't hate what has no hatred!
You end up hating yourself!
Reach out to The Real, The Preserver
Of life and health and wealth.
