Absent Minded
A glimpse
The trees are rotting
because the forest is on fire
The water is spoiling
because we are pacified
the fish are dieing
but no one seems to care
just let it slip beside us
and crave to blame somebody else
The mountains are falling
the air is chopking
but we don't shed a tear
just let it slip beside us
and crave to blame somebaody else.
Preserve whats left
maybe it's time to build a damn
Ignorance gone with the innocence
and I'm left with who I am
because the forest is on fire
The water is spoiling
because we are pacified
the fish are dieing
but no one seems to care
just let it slip beside us
and crave to blame somebody else
The mountains are falling
the air is chopking
but we don't shed a tear
just let it slip beside us
and crave to blame somebaody else.
Preserve whats left
maybe it's time to build a damn
Ignorance gone with the innocence
and I'm left with who I am
