The Vanity of Their Beauty

Beauty has no limits
Beauty has no depth
Others defined beauty
 while brilliant minds slept
There's no scale,
there's no measure,
Limited minds fight
 for stored treasure
      Whom, they...
themselves have valued and set
To chase the wind to their regret.
What is wrong can't be right
Who holds such things as the Light?
Who can turn the darkness in their minds
that sets their courses in their time?
To pursue such things
with all their might
and bathe in darkness before the night.
For limited minds seek limited things
And minds that are blind are nearly insane.
But who can teach the brilliant and bright
that choose the darkness over the light?
Whom defines beauty in the dark
Like a possessed dog that paws and barks
at the moon.
