Christmas 2005 RIP JoeyChristmas 2005 Another year has come and gone Not a very good one Lonliness is taking over my soul even tho people surround me Christmas Eve I will look to the skies Hoping for some kind of sign That you see me too I decorate your grave little tree all festive and glittery Garland marks off the spot where you lay A little Santa sits here all chubby and happy But I cry My heart breaks more More then the zillion shards it has already shed On Christmas Eve I will light the candles The candles whose light will lead all the lost children home But it is only a wish I cry Salty tears surround my qivering lips My heart hurts some more I leave the little festive Christmas display I made for you Merry Christmas my child Mom XXXXX Poetry Ad-Free Upgrades Vote for this poem
