I got a new budgie today
A beautiful budgie she is,
Four now in the cage
I stand in awe, and exclaim, "Gee whiz."
I was trying to help
Get onto the swing,
She couldn't reach it
The poor little thing.
She flew past me
And out the cage she flew,
I chased her around
Trying to grab hold of her too.
Well... next thing I know
Her tail feathers were in my hand,
I am still very upset about it
But I hope she's the one who understands.

Why couldn't I just leave her alone. Her name is Babe. I hope (in time), her tail feathers WILL grow back. Just look up the word stupid in the dictionary. I'm sure my picture will be next to the word. :'o(
