M's Poetry
He
I saw him yesterday
and I never felt a feeling like the one I felt today
and now he's taking over me
I've never met anyone like you
cause I never could find the words to write you
he's been on my mind
for any and all reasons
the only slight drawback is
I wish he would to talk to Jesus
but I still believe
and I will believe for us
that God let us find each other
because we was part of bigger plans
He's got every little thing I wanted
and it still feels just like the day it started
I'll say goodbye to the broken-hearted
and I could never express the way I felt before tonight
flashing back to our first kiss goodnight
aww how every sweet memory lingers
and you make me feel brand new baby
like I am just learning
and he is not ordinary
no no not in my eyes
I feel so lucky
God must have heard my prayers last night
