That little ole man with the knobby knees,
Took just one look and decided to flee,
Cuz it was plain that he was no match
For Shy and her weed whip in this flower patch.
I got this message at a time when my heart was so sore
From the loss of a "Heart-Friend" that I just adore.
So the laughter it brought through my sorrowing tears
Was just what I needed, reminding me of years
I have spent with this friend, and with my "Shy" friend, too.
How I ever managed before, only the Lord really knew.
My Friend is walking with Jesus, and her parents, sister, and child.
And I have "Angel-Friends" here that will help for a while.
