 duck

and it doesn't matter this
spacesuit we wear
we can find a friend
anywhere
or we'll have to kill em'
shotguning my load
as a man disappears
we question this
we question hope
but we already know

I've begun to shorten the human language
to thoughts and gestures
they sent me here to
create countermeasures

little did I know
and their injections, well
I suppose there is a need to guide
if one isn't already fully aware

we ate at burger King and said
the hell with Tiffany's

shallow the ground
don't dig me too deep
Cuz
"you don't have to be cruel to be kind"
