A Toad Once Rode A Motor Bike
A toad once rode
A motor bike,
Down the freeway fast.
All the trucks
And buses,
He rushed so quickly past!
He darted here,
He darted there,
His green all shiny bright.
He croaked a song
Of nonsense,
With heart so sweet and light!
He stopped to buy
An ice cream,
And licked it as he rode.
He felt so glad
To be alive,
Just glad to be a toad!
Joy Weare.
