I'll live and do God's bidding
serving Him with faith and trust
Till they lay my body down
and it slowly turns to dust
I'll spread His word far and wide
for its Heaven that I choose
For with Jesus by my side
I've got nothing here to loose
So Jesus when your ready
and my work on earth is through
I'll close my eyes peacefully
cause I'm coming home to you
Yes I will live for ever
crossing that river of life
I'll journey to paradise
