Oblivion
You can't hide the pain
I can see it scrawled on your empty face
and I feel your hurt, I do
It's in the words you say
the actions you display
and they make me want to...
scream out to these skies
to heal your life
cuz I hear you every time
as your smile drops
as the paint dries
time is ticking ever so fast
it feels the cure for this
is stuck in oblivion
My eyes have seen the different hour
and the past that grows ever so distant
and at the end of the day
dad tell me what you will
hopes are waning I feel
but give it to me straight
what is going on inside of you
you are not alone
don't be so full of pride
walk with me outta here
yes one day you will
