Connotation of MAN, is to regulate
plotting the WOMANS every movement
from day to day.
Never caring about HER feelings
or wanted sensations
HE proceeds HIS various contraptions
Of domination, supremacy, and control
Instead of using those innovative ways to inspire and motivate
The MAN, out for HIS own glory
Persists HIS reign
Instead of YOU changing WOMAN,
Make HIM.
Rejuvenate His clothing
Modify His address
Revolutionize His state of mind
Transform His every way
WOMAN, Don't think YOU have something to lose in a relationship
Relationships were created to educate
Learn from past experiences and mistakes
To generate strength and awareness.
Pick your head up WOMAN
RISE
MOVE
arouse SELF
penetrate the source of Your wound into adoration
Become a light of knowledge and wealth
Giving birth in new forms of sovereignty
Standardize Your own techniques of social-ability
NEVER let HIM tell You what YOUR worth is
and hold it as truths gospel
Gospel Truth,

This poem is not meant to bash men or the house wife (I am a house wife). This poem is to inform the individual that it is okay to be in a relationship no matter what the past had dealt. I really wrote this for my girl friend who looses herself in relationships and has started to think that she is not worth much or the best. She will settle for men who don't have her best interest in heart.
I know that there are good men and bad men as well as women. I love them all, I just don't like the actions that some do. This poem is not to offend anyone, just inform and educate (both men and women).
Never become someone you aren't in the hopes of gaining a meaningful relationship, because the foundation that was built is untrue. Be true to yourself. Express your feelings, make your own way, be independant within reason. Grow. Learn.
