The Highway of LifeLife has its ups and downs, Both of smiles and frowns; Through the highway of life, Of both good times and strife. Would not life just be a pain, Sunshine daily without rain; It just would not feel proper, If you always able to prosper. You would get a little bored, If it all went to your accord; Being able to have your way, As you so desired everyday. But that is what never can be, In Murphy law as you can see; It is not that way in the plan, That God has set forth for man. If life had a steady even flow, Before the end we would know; Just like with reading a mystery, And peak at the end of the story.
