I Can't Bear It
I dare not close my eyes to sleep
For what I feel is much too deep
I never thought that I would find
That love is more than a state of mind
Is it dreams that slowly drive me insane
As I cry out your name to the falling rain
I'm drowning now within a heartbeat
As your voice, your being, takes over me
With only one word echoing in my head...

As I toss and turn upon my bed
By the blood of hearts, now I swear it...
To wake without your love...
I could not bear it
