Letter 33
How beautiful it is
for the eyes to see thee, O Sun
Your light touches the inner soul
It kisses the eyes with the passion
of midnight
They are fixed til the burning morning
And if darkness should ever come...
to close them forever,
Your shimmering beauty shall forever be
painted in my mind
And though the outside may grow ever darker
Your light...inside,
a paradise is
