You have helped me so much
spiritually moved my soul
with your pen
I am so blessed to know you
so honored to call you my friend
I thought I was settled in my faith
but I was not because I publicly I never proclaimed his Name
but your teachings and poems
have moved my soul
it has made me want to pray harder
and learn more
How blessed I am that we met
I know I got the most precious gift
because rarely will you find a person
who can touch your heart
and you feel as though them
Jesus speaks
so this is to you Marvin
always quick to forgive
just like you really should
always loyal to a fault
and ready to give anyone a benefit of a doubt
