BLEEP

BLEEP

Bleep bleep I open my eyes
And there is a nice surprise,
The day has just begun
Again we start the texting fun.

There`s a "Morning, How are you?"
"A fine" and "How about you?"
Got to work now, see you after
Leaves me with a grin or laughter.

Heck, got to wait `til 12 now, sigh
No wait, "what was that I heard" I cry
It`s my `phone, bleep, bleep, whatever next
So I open it up and read the text.

`Couldn`t wait `til 12` it reads
Am so glad `cos I had my needs
To know he was thinking of me
Were our thoughts mutual? Could be.

Bleep bleep here we go again
Nothing is ever quite the same,
Hugs and kisses, flirting too
Teasing, it`s all part of you.

Take me to great heights, please do
And I will do the same for you
We`re both careering out of control
Hoping to reach our very goal.

Just hold me now, don`t let me go
Think of the things that you and I know,
Let us enjoy our moment of pleasure
Always in our hearts to treasure.

`A distraction` is what he calls me
`But a nice one` he says you see
I`ll have to lock my `phone away
`Cos I`ll be tempted to text all day.

Here it comes again that bleep,
I even hear it in my sleep,
Only to find it`s all in my mind
I close my eyes hoping his face to find.

Goodnight sweet one.
My prince charming.
May your God go with you.
Sleep tight.
Sweet dreams.
Remember me when you hear a bleep
Be it awake or in your sleep.
